I spent an entire summer too afraid to attend Yoga Camp. I remember seeing it on social media and thinking it sounded like so much fun, but feeling like I had no one to go with, (I am not one to attend things by myself!) I crossed it off my list. But the next year, when Elizabeth Camp, the director of Yoga Camp, invited me out of nowhere, I figured I had to go. It was meant to be! I still had no one to go with and had major anxiety about it, but I DID IT. And you know what? It was fabulous. Yoga Camp is a happy place.
