​​ॐ How To Effectively Use Social Media to Teach Yoga and grow your following: 6 CE's

Led by Elizabeth Camp, E-RYT 500, YAECP

You will learn the different learning types and styles in order to most effectively teach and connect with your students. We will learn how to and create stunning content that will get you noticed as a teacher and help build your student base and following. We will help you develop your brand and help you understand how you can provide value for your students and followers. We will go over web design and domains, social media strategies and teach analytics, and help your students be able to locate you and where you are teaching.

​​ॐ Chakra Balancing 101: 4 CE's

Led by Elizabeth Camp, E-RYT 500, YAECP

You will learn an understanding of the 7 major chakras. You will learn how to balance your own chakras and help others balance their chakras. You will learn mudra, chanting, yoga, mantra, and also a brief dive into healing crystals and essential oils.

ॐ  Recovering, Strengthening and Preventing Injury: 2 CE's

Led by Lacey Doboszenski, RYT 200 and Gymnastics Coach, and Elizabeth Camp

In this all levels workshop we will go over different strength and conditioning that will help you build your muscular strength and endurance. You will learn sequences to practice to work with injury for yourself, or your students. Using no weight lifting equipment, we will go over important body positions and exercises that will tremendously help you achieve your goals. We will also go over exercises to keep your wrists and other joints strong and safe. Everything we go over will be something you can continue do in the comfort of your own home after the workshop.

ॐ  Barre for Your Booty

You will learn the breakdown of moves to sculpt, lift and shape your booty. You will learn about muscle breakdown, recovery strategy, lifting and toning. You will come away with a routine you can use on-the-go anywhere.

 Elizabeth Camp, the creator and owner of Yoga Camp.  She is a yoga teacher at heart and believes she is a vessel to share God's vision and light.  She works to help people to find their light and let it shine.  Elizabeth teaches yoga and leads Yoga Teacher Trainings as well as owns and operates Healing Media LLC., and Yoga Camp.  Elizabeth had the honor of being the first ever Athleta Mall Of America Brand Ambassador and being named amongst the Top Young Entrepreneurs 2016 by Minnesota Business Magazine. As leader and entrepreneur, Elizabeth is thrilled to these retreats happen. Elizabeth is constantly seeking and learning to be the best version of herself that she can be.

 Lacey is a free spirited, fun loving, yogi with a passion for adventure. She aspires to share her playful spirit with all she encounters in life. She has coached youth gymnastics for over 16 years working with children ages 3-18 at various levels. She is an accredited interscholastic coach in the state of Minnesota and a registered USA gymnastics coach and routinely takes continuing education for safety, technique, and dealing with emergency situations. In addition to her training as a gymnastics coach she has also completed the Adventures of Super Stretch kids' yoga training program and has completed her 230 hour Yoga Teacher Training program at the Yoga Center of Minneapolis. Lacey also hold a bachelors degree in Tourism Management from the University of Wisconsin Stout and is excited to pair her degree with yoga retreat planning! She loves sharing her passion for movement with children and adults and hopes to impact a positive change within the world in a playful way, one step, deep breath, laugh, and headstand at a time.

Maxime is a Yoga Dog and a staple at Yoga Camp. She enjoys children, hikes, eating, sleeping, swimming, people, fun, and posing for photos. She loves to be on the lookout and keeps watch over her pack, she takes this task very seriously. She is a loving, gentle giant that will bring all sorts of wisdom, humor and calm to our Yoga retreat.

  • Morning Meditation
           The way you approach your morning set the tone for your day ahead. Meditation is beneficial whenever you do it, but morning meditation i          
           is particularly fruitful. We will take this time to reflect and reset before the day ahead so we can better focus and enjoy the present moment.
  • Daily Intention Ceremony
          As a group each day following breakfast we will listen to a short, inspirational reading, give thanks for the day and each set an intention to carry  with us  
          throughout the day. This can be a private intention or something you can share with the group. 
  • Daily All Levels Vinyasa Class:
            Either on the retreat property or on location, weather permitting, Elizabeth Camp will take you through a well-rounded sequence meant to ground, heal,                       restore and inspire. 
  • Yin Yoga:
          This practice will leave you feeling refreshed, renewed and restored. In yin yoga, most of the poses are practiced seated or reclined and held for 3-5 minutes,               sometimes longer. With yin, we target the connective tissues: fascia and tendons along with energetic systems of the body, bringing the body and mind into
          balance and increasing your range of motion. 
  • Yoga Nidra:
           Literally meaning "yoga sleep," yoga nidra restores and heals on a deeper level than shavasana, it is one of the most healing meditation practices you can        
​           experience.
